Our application process includes a credit and background screening, income verification, rental verification, and pet screening if applicable. Contact our office for more details. 

Typically 24-48 hours once we receive all required documents. 

As soon as 2 business days after approval! We can't wait to welcome you home. 

To process your move in and release keys, we require a fully signed lease contract, electric account confirmation, insurance confirmation, and payment. Details will be outlined in your welcome letter. 

Rent is due on the 1st day of the month. We have a grace period until the 4th, and rent is considered late on the 5th with late fees being assessed at that time. 

To terminate your lease early, you'll need to provide our office with 60-day written notice. Early termination fees will apply and you may be subject to concession chargebacks if applicable. 

Yes! We have 24-hour maintenance, including after-hours emergency maintenance. 

Create a service request with repair details and access notes in your Residence Experience app. 

A fire, flood, no A/C when the temperature is 80 degrees or higher, and no heat if the temperature is 60 degrees or lower. Emergency requests are responded to immediately, urgent requests within 24 hours, and all other requests within 48 hours. 

Please call the office at 918-818-3631 and select the emergency maintenance option and follow the prompts.

Aspen Creek Elementary, Oliver Middle School, Broken Arrow Freshman Academy, and Broken Arrow High School. 

We offer a 24-hour access-controlled package locker room. A notification including a QR access code will be sent to you upon delivery. Packages can also be delivered to your door. Check with your carrier for details!
